​The Kompass Foundations Package is a 6 week program designed to build the everyday skills every dog and pet parent needs to be successful. Through weekly in-person training sessions, we'll work on basic obedience, leash manners, recall, impulse control, and other essential skills that help your dog become a well-mannered companion. This package focuses on creating clear communication between you and your dog while giving you the tools and confidence to navigate everyday situations with less stress.

The Puppy Pathfinder Package is a 6 week program that includes one-hour weekly in-person training sessions. It includes all of the skills taught in our Foundations Package, while placing a strong focus on the challenges that come with raising a puppy. We'll work on proper socialization, potty training, crate training, nipping/biting, building confidence, and teaching your puppy how to navigate the world in a positive and appropriate way. This package helps create healthy habits from the start and gives you the guidance and support needed during the most important stages of their development.

The Beyond the Behavior Package is an 8 week program that includes one-hour weekly training sessions and is designed for dogs struggling with more complex behavioral challenges such as reactivity, fear, anxiety, resource guarding, and aggression. We'll work to understand the root cause of these behaviors and create a structured plan to help your dog develop safer, more appropriate responses. Because these behaviors can impact both safety and quality of life, success requires a strong commitment from the owner. Consistency between sessions is essential, and owners should be prepared to actively practice training and management strategies at home.
